This area is a UNESCO World Heritage listed area as the Gondwana Rainforests and roughly 180 million years old. Not only that, but it shares other National Park rainforest areas in Queensland and New South Wales.

A beautiful hike in the Springbrook National Park located in the southeast corner of Queensland, near the town of Springbrook. The trail begins and ends at Apple Tree Park carpark off Springbrook Road.
